We value your business and understand that sometimes emergencies happen. However, we ask that you please respect our scheduling policies. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any service over $100 will require a 50% deposit applied to the overall service at the time of your appointment. If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total in order to rebook any future appointments. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Clients will be given one grace appointment a year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
